Is it possible to input the Serial Number also when using this method? Manager wants them recorded in CCM. You could put the serial numbers in as a Description but there is a better use for that field, User names, etc. I don't know of anywhere else you could put them.
CCM will get the serial numbers of the phones when they register and you can pull it off each phone anyway. Thanks for that pndscm. Good to know I dont need to bother inputting Serial Numbers.
