Pudsey day games
Fresh air. The British countryside. Sponsored Rambles really are a great fundraiser for the whole family. Pick a date that works best for your family and head out into the great outdoors. To find out how you can get Ramble Ready, check out our ultimate guide to a Children in Need sponsored walk. You could do a sponsored run or swim. Or you could do star jumps. We want you to ride with the rest of the nation and get sponsored to pedal for Pudsey.
Perhaps you have your own idea of what you can do, something special to you. It could be a sponsored danceathon, a silent auction or even something more daring. Whatever you fancy doing to contribute, you can get everything you need here , from a free challenge kit, to a sponsorship page.
I hope people enjoy it, but above all, I hope it lets anyone who might be struggling right now know that we are here for them. I hope everyone loves it as much as we do. The main event of Children in Need is always the appeal show, which is on a Friday at the end of November.
The presenters are not paid. Jay Blades and bear repair duo Amanda Middleditch and Julie Tatchell carry out a unique restoration for a young boy who really deserves a treat. Thirteen year old Billy and his mum Mandy, whose family have been supported by a BBC Children in Need funded project, bring a very special bear called Henry to The Repair Shop barn, in the hope that the ladies can work their magic on him.
